We have been learning about Shakespeare's play 'The Tempest'. Prospero and Miranda were stranded on an island. We have been imagining what this island would have been like. We made an island of descriptive words, here are some photos of Flamingoes taking their partner on an imaginary journey around the island. We had to use lots of exciting vocabulary to describe what we we would see, hear and touch. Also Flamingoes drew some pictures of the island and added a key. Then we wrote a description of Prospero's journey as he discovered the island.
