We had a fabulous time on Saturday at the Lantern Parade. Our dragon was a big hit with the crowds! Thank you to all the children and parents who came along, especially to those who took turns to push the dragon! It was a fantastic evening, rounded off with fireworks!
Today we have been using arrays to help us solve multiplication and division word problems. We are very proud of our hard work!
Flamingo Class had a wonderful time making lanterns ready for the Bedminster Winter Lantern Parade. We have made a giant dragon lantern and lots of smaller eggs and shields. Many thanks to Alan for helping us making these and bringing the materials. Also thank you to all the parents who lent a hand during the two days. We are looking forward to the parade on Saturday 12th December. Parents please can you sign up in class to let us know whether you are bringing your child to the parade so we can share the lanterns out fairly.
Children: We have hidden the dragon somewhere on the school grounds because he is so big he cannot fit in the hall. Where do you think he is hidden? Also the dragon needs a name, what could it be? Is it a girl or a boy? Add a comment below to tell me what you think!
